Haikus two and three are completely right.

The-truth-is-our-strength = 5 syllables

O-li-garch-i-an-mo-rons = 7 syllables

Only the first haiku has an incorrect number of syllables, and it isnt as if strict rules are nescessarily followed in poems. Poetry is an art form, not a strict science. --DeSyrr 2 April 2006 18:55 (CEST)

To be a Haikus it has to have the 5-7-5. --Corpse Grinder

That's the old japanese haiku. Modern day haikus have a more loose set of requirements. --Marouane
