Overview

The Rosehale family had long lived in Sirion, on the East Continent, and were rather withdrawn from society.

Summer

A bright-eyed young man, Summer left home and set off for Karbala to learn more about the great big world, its diverse peoples and cultures. Summer took after his mother and inherited her patience and wit as well as her love of languages. From a young age, he studied the classics. Being a studious hermit, Summer spent most of his time in the library, though he did not shy away from making friends. He loved peace more than anything and always dreamt of pursuing a career in diplomacy and regional administration.

Sky

Though he possessed the very same glint in his eyes, Sky saw the world from a different perspective than his twin brother. Rather, he viewed it with the eyes of a warrior, eager and determined to carve his name into the wall of heroes. Sky inherited the will and determination of his father, though he was naturally an idealist. Sky spent most of his time training his skills with the sword and lance. He hoped to someday become a legend, but even if he didn't, he at least wanted to gain the strength to protect the ones he loved. He travelled to Arcaea and set himself up in the capital city of Remton to begin on his hero's path.

Squall

Inspired by the initiative taken by her cousins, Squall attempted to leave her family home and make a name for herself. When her father learnt of the idea, he locked her away in a tower. Despairing from the reaction of her father, but furious at her own inability to convince him that she could be independent, Squall jumped out the window of the tower and into the ocean. What came after was rolling waves and sea mist. Squall eventually found herself on the beaches of Thalmarkin. With no memory of her family or her past, she started a simple life as an adventurer, living by the day, fighting monsters by night, and crafting goods around the clock. Her first discovery was the Spiked Sword of Betrayal that she found after a fierce battle in Vore, which left her at death's door for seven days. The healers that took her in noticed that she was clutching onto the sword with bloody fingers that refused to let go. It was not long after that Squall had delivered the sword into the hands of then Chancellor Bergelmir Crownguard, that she found herself pursued by a handful of angry nobles. Disenchanted by the nobility, Squall departed the lands of Thalmarkin and found herself at sea again, travelling across Lake Salaman, to the lands of Old Grehk in search of new adventures.
