  • The main parties will be the Judge, the Advocate for the Prosecution, the Advocate for the Defence, and the Witnesses
    • The Judge will in this case be Queen Alanna Anaris *
    • The Advocate for the Prosecution will be Grand Master Drystan Bellator of the Order of St Iestyn, head of her Majesty's Special Investigative Force *
    • The Advocate for the Defence will be Royal Arbitrator Zile Zeric or any noble whom he wishes to name to this role, provided that noble consents *
    • The Witnesses will be named by both Advocates before the trial
  • Witnesses will be called in turn, and present their testimony under sacred oath to be truthful. Both Advocates will have the opportunity to ask them questions relevant to the matter at hand.
  • If other nobles have questions they wish to see asked of the Witnesses, they may suggest them privately to the Advocates. It is up to the Advocates' discretion which questions to ask. (Nobles are, of course, free to ask any questions of anyone privately, without the protection of the oath and the Court.)
  • There will be no out-of-turn public discussion of trial matters. All main parties will conduct themselves with appropriate decorum and politeness at all times. There will be no arguing between Advocates and Witnesses.
  • If one of the Advocates believes that a question or its answer goes beyond the scope of the matter at hand, or should not be considered for some other substantial reason, he should raise this objection in a polite public message, addressed to the Judge, stating the full reason for the objection.
  • Any questions on matters of procedure should be submitted in private to the Judge. The Judge's rulings on all matters of procedure are final. There will be no public arguing with the Judge.
