Pian en Luries/The Confederacy Of Luria

The Confederacy of Luria hereby governs and outlines the dealings and relations between the three Lurian realms of Luria Nova, Solaria, and Luria Vesperi and the Realm of Pian en Luries, alternatively referred to as the City-State of Askileon. Under these terms and conditions, the future of Greater Luria will be ensured and secured.

The terms are as follows:

• An immediate end to all conflicts and feuds between the realms of Solaria, Luria Nova, and Pian en Luries. Following this, the realm of Pian en Luries is to be reduced to the the neutral City-State of Askileon, which will serve as a meeting ground for representatives of the kingdoms and as the enforcing body of the tenants of the Confederacy.
• In the event of War, the realms of Luria Nova, Solaria, and Luria Vesperi and the City-State of Askileon do pledge unrestricted and unilateral military support to each other. This support supersedes any treaties made signed with other realms.
• In times of Peace, the realms of Luria Nova, Solaria, and Luria Vesperi and the City-State of Askileon do pledge favorable and preferential trading relations with each other, above and over those agreements with other realms.
• In times of Peace, the Rulers of Luria Nova, Solaria, and Luria Vesperi do pledge to keep regular and cordial communications with each other or through or their duly appointed representatives. These representatives will meet, periodically, in the City-State of Askileon.
• In times of Crisis or Advents of War, the rulers of Luria Nova, Solaria, and Luria Vesperi will pledge to discuss at length their response and reactions to such Crisis and Threats. Such actions are to be decided by the two-thirds majority These talks will be held in the City-State of Askileon.
• The realms of Luria Nova, Solaria, and Luria Vesperi and the City-State of Askileon do pledge to sign no treaties that supersede or threaten the Confederacy of Luria. In kind, the realms of Luria Nova, Solaria, and Luria Vesperi and the City-State of Askileon swear to punish to the fullest extent of the law those who would attempt to damage or sabotage this document.
• In the event of the formation of a New Lurian Realm, let this document be rewritten and amended, but the New Realm in question be subject to all the aforementioned conditions and terms.

In Finality, let this document permanently and securely bind together the Lurian realms into a mighty and lasting Confederacy for the purpose of defense and prosperity and for the advancement of Greater Luria.
