Letta was born to a wealthy merchant family in Osaliel sometime before the Fall of Soliferum. It is believed that her family had a long history in trading exotic materials, dyes used in making clothing for the nobility, and other items. For most of her childhood she was raised to eventually marry into a noble family where she could exercise diplomacy, estate management, and the other necessarily functions of a noble household. Alongside her training she also took a great interest in theology and the Church of the Trinity allowing her to study many subjects that would lead to her later decision to join the priesthood.

At some point in her later teenage years she was introduced to Edmund Zaccone, later to be Edmund Neill, and the two became quickly infatuated with one another. On the day of Edmund's graduation from the Osaliel Military Academy and just before the Fall of Soliferum, the two were wed in an extravagant, but small ceremony that seemed to defy the war raging just outside the city. Despite the happy moment, however, the sacking of Osaliel and the Fall of Soliferum that immediately followed darkened the earliest days of her marriage to Edmund. Seeing the devastation around her, she took up the mantle of priestess within the Church of the Trinity to help those in need while her husband waged war.

With the birth of Kindara following in the wake of Soliferum's destruction, Edmund swore his allegiance to the High Lord of Kindara and Letta followed. While her husband chose a path of service to the crown, eventually leading to his taking on the crown himself, Letta found that she thrived in her continuing duties as a priestess and as a region lord. As far as she saw it, managing a region was no different than managing a lord's house, and for a time she did well dividing her responsibilities. Eventually, however, as time wore on she found that the fast paced lifestyle required of her as a region lord left her weary. Thinking back on her old life in devotion to the Trinity and the time spent with her beloved husband, she announced that she would retire from the noble life to refocus herself and pay more attention to the things she valued most in life.

Her name appears in several documents relating to noble social life in Masahakon and in relation to High Lord Edmund. After the collapse of the Church of the Trinity, High Lord Edmund eventually converted to the Order of the Elders which left a certain cold mark on their relationship for a long time. The death of their third child during infancy, however, is credited, in a letter by one of Lady Letta's social acquaintances, for seeing their relationship restored to their former young love.

Records kept by House Neill indicate that she died from old age and went peacefully in her sleep. She was laid to rest in the family mausoleum.
