Found in the caves of Port Raviel, this shield moaned like the waves it was found in. However, it was lost as quickly as it was found in a battle against the undead in the same port.

Josef Ingram discovered the shield while strolling in the streets of Giask. Significantly damaged by neglect, he had no use to it and sold it in the next week to Asceline Pemrose. She then entrusted the Moaning Aegis to Aaren so it could be repaired.
