Barca

Eliophe H. Lapallanch journeyed all the way south to Barca from her family home in Astrum to a knight of the realm. When the news of her father's unjust death in the hands of Black Dragon Master reached her years, she realized she could no longer stay in her family manor. When she arrived in Barca, the realm was busy exterminating abominations across the land. But soon monsters begin to pour out from nowhere and slowly started to overcome the defenders. Julius Galvez, the ruler of Barca, announced the mass migration plan to create new Barca in Luria. Soon, a horde of Barcans gathered in the capital to strike the Hegemony of Luria Nova. Unfortunately, by the time Barcans reached Luria, Barcans only had half of their men at their disposal. Many men were lost during their long march toward Luria and at the end the horde was defeated in the field of Shinnen Purlieus. There were many failures which caused the defeat of the horde but the main reason for the failure was the incompetence of the leadership of the Barcan government.

• Timotheus Pottillius: Former Judge of Barcan. Known for his tyrannical and abusive rule over Barcans. He is also known as a peasant lover.

Chapter 1

Roleplay from Eliophe H. Lapallanch    As Eliophe was taking her sweat soaked leather armor, a messenger delivered a letter with Suffete's seal. It was a direct order from the ruler himself. Eliophe immediately gathered her men and ordered them to get ready themselves for a long march toward Lusitania. Her men complained about not having any rest before moving out but Eliophe simply ignored her men's words. They were paid to follow orders and that was why they were hired as her soldiers in the first place. As her men slowly gathered, she quickly looked over the battlefield. There were six creatures, covered with arrows and javelins, lying on the ground. They fortunately fell before they could even reach the men in the front row so no one was harmed during the battle. Eliophe's men, having no healer in the platoon, would probably have lost their lives if any of them were wounded. As soon as her men gathered and formed a box formation, Eliophe led her men toward Lusitania hoping to arrive within two days.

Chapter 2

Roleplay from Eliophe H. Lapallanch    After a hard battle in Agl, most of Eliophe's men were either killed or wounded. With no healer to take care of them, they were all sure to perish in the next few days. The men, despite not being able to fight any longer, still demanded gold which Eliophe thought they did not deserve anymore. Before the sun started to set, Eliophe gathered her wounded men. Many of them were still bleeding while some of them started to cough blood even. As they formed a circle around Eliophe, she took a slow but deep breath. "My lady, why have you asked us to gather here?", one of the men asked after coughing several times. He tried to hide his right hand by making a fist but Eliophe could a drop of blood dripping from the fist. "I've ordered all to gather so I can give your well earned payment. This is also your last payment before we go our separate ways." "What do you mean? Are you abandoning us?" "No. I am not abandoning you. You will all be stationed in Agl until I return with healers. I am the only one who can travel quickly as most of you can't ride a horse. I am paying you all now so you can all rest in a nearby inn and wait for my return.", said Eliophe with confidence supporting her voice. Her soldiers stared at Eliophe with much skepticism but they soon realized they didn't have much choice but to believe her. After paying everyone five gold each, Eliophe rode away from her soldiers. Once she no longer could see her soldiers, she smirked at her foolish soldiers who will all die in vain. But little did she know she would be the one who was going to be looked down on. She ran into a group of bandits near When she arrived in Rettlewood and they took her gold, horse, and clothes. She only had enough to cover most embarrassing parts of her body before she arrived in her estate.
