Kinsey Family/Demetre

Officially, the main bloodline of the Kinsey family has three children: Enri, Francis, and Gabriella.

Unofficially, however, rumors speak of an eldest daughter in the family, one who was disowned after she had eloped with a commoner. And not just any commoner, but a disreputable sailor! Her name was hastily erased from the family records, and those who knew about her were convinced to hush up.

For about a month, Demetre lived a simple and rewarding life as the wife of a misunderstood ship captain.

Then the storm happened, and she found herself shipwrecked upon the shores of Enweil, Beluaterra. Her lover, the crew under his command, the ship, all were cut into pieces upon the sharp jagged rocks on the shore. Only she was thrown clear and spared.

Left alone, penniless, and a commoner, Demetre struggled to survive. She scavenged and sold the odd items, and collected bounties by fighting Monsters and Undead. It was hard and unbelievably dangerous work, but at least it was a living. She was even able to save enough money to purchase a good steel sword, well-crafted leather armor, and a simple wooden shield.

It was she who presented the Daimon Axe of Damnation to Chancellor Handkor of Enweil, which he wields against his enemies to this day.

Her dangerous lifestyle eventually caught up to her, however. She was eaten alive by an Alpha Monster while bounty hunting in Midbote. She was 34.
