Hinmi's Gauntlets were originally intended to be a gift for Jenred Bedwyr from Harmony Kindon in celebration of Jenred's marriage to Harmony's cousin, Edara. However, since at the time Jenred was in possession of the Impenetrable Armour of the Kings she kept them for a time. Once the Armour was lost during a battle in Hupar, Harmony presented the gift with her compliments. The Gauntlets possess the usual ability to resize themselves to fit their owner, and blend seamlessly into any other armour worn, appearing to be a bright golden colour if no other armour is worn. However, at all times a stylized "H" appears across the palms of the Gauntlets, and if the interior of the Gauntlets are examined, the name "Hinmi" can be seen, written in the old script of the Monks of Ossai.
