20th day of 12th month. Found by Siry after plowing through a small horde of monsters and then 3 hours spent rooting through a big ugly lair. Narrowly avoiding a inglorious offal death thanks to the lantern she found. She didn't find any grues but she did find the vest as compensation. Also the 8 silvers will be used to wash the smell out of her clothes.
Since it's her first unique item, she's devoting her time to embellishing the history of the item. Inns and taverns beware! Also hiring a scrivener of dubious morality and weak alcohol constitution.
