Flow
Description
The region of Flow consists of the many outlying towns that surround the city of Flowrestown. The people here are fairly self-sufficient, able to procure enough food from their few farms and the fertile fishing-grounds off of the Gulf of Flow. The towns are able to prosper by supplying the city of Flowrestown with the many brilliant dyes they produce - especially the deep blue that adorns the clothing of the wealthy and the noble.
Flow and Flowrestown are nearly inseparable. Much of the food for the city can be produced from the towns in Flow, where fishing is more an industry, though sport fishing is still practiced in several towns.
It is said also that the fields of Flow are the major source of flowers for the seasonal flower festivals in Flowrestown, as the city has few open fields for the tending of large gardens. Flow also holds seasonal flower fairs similar to Flowrestown, but in smaller scales. It also has the seasonal fishing competitions, and the summer 'surfing' shows. It is not at all uncommon for residents of Flowrestown to stay in the smaller towns of Flow for the summer to enjoy the quieter relaxed life.

Legends of Chersonis
Long ago, hundreds of years before Oremnas Curshixa's rebellion that formed Chersonis, there was a young woman who lost her husband before they had any children. In her grief she vowed to make the barren lands of the peninsula a magnificent land of beautiful blossoms year-round. To these ends she set off from her small village in present-day Flow, and traveled across the continent for sixty years, gathering seeds. When she returned to her home village, she planted the seeds, and started a garden society where the young girls of the village would all learn from her, and eventually take her place in tending to the gardens.
Centuries later, after many generations of gardeners passed along with their experiments in breeding new species of flowers, Flow became known for the flowing gardens where every season was filled with fields of color. It was then that the myth of Myrrhi, the original botanist, was born.
During the Harmonious Hero's reclamation of Chersonis as the fourth Curshixa dynast, a three-month siege of Flowrestown was held, whereby the Harmonious Hero led the forces of the Three Mountains' Sword Guild to occupy all of Flow.
During the Common Rule, Flow was home to the majority of writers and painters.
