Dregoth Family/Gredek

Gredek was the first to leave the family manor from Middale, Atamara. His cousin Martin decided against the family and went to the far east. Gredek is currently 17 years old and in the service of the Cagilan Empire, and his liege is Count Boba of Avrende.

Backround

Having the eagerness that runs in the family, Gredek has been known to make rash decisions in the past. Standing at an average height he is very well built. Gredek's brown hair compliements his hazel eyes, and he prefers the colors of Green and black on his most the clothing he wears. Gredek upholds the family virtues but it was thought that he left home to before he should of. Opon leaving Gredek also had poor mentorship and had to find out the ways of the life on his own. Gredek's biggest out look on life is to be up and in front of the action instead of hiding behind lines of people.

Career

With the joy of being up in the action Gredek and his training in swordsmanship Gredek's unit consists of basic infantry the he can fight beside.

Redspan Campaign

This war started back when Gredek was still learning about the world. But lucky for him his scribe payed a little attention to politics. This war seemed to pull Gredek's realm into battle because of alliances to other realms.

Stargard

6/27/07
- This was Gredeks first battle, though the front lines were to crowded to get any real action in the beginning Gredek knew if would be the first of many battles in his lifetime. The battle was won 798cs vs. 13211cs.
6/28/07
- First really massive battle Gredek had ever participated in. 17493cs vs. 24888cs, the battle was won but 2 of Gredek's men where wounded.
- Enemy forces regrouped to try and retake the firm foot hold CE and allies had in Stargard. 15415cs vs. 27111cs, once again allied forces held together. 2 more men where wounded.
6/29/07
- Milita attemps at trying to regain Stargard with remaining enemy troop leaders. 3421cs vs. 22803cs, Gredek eager to get to the front lines and get some real action lead his men to the front, 6 men where killed and 2 were wounded.

Becoming a hero

"The swishing of my mail, and the ring of steel on steel, I have always loved to be on the front lines with my men. Courage to be in the middle of it all. I refuse to stand back behind my men and I rather stand beside them during the fighting. I believe that doing so brings me and my men closer together and overall rallys the men better. I am beginning to be seen as a hero to my men, and I am glad that I have chosen this route. It may lead to my death but I hope it leads to glory and I can make my family more famous"

Undead Catastrophes

"Trying to keep morale high amongst the men is difficult when we are followed by the undead that are roaming through the Empire. We have been attacked 3 times now, and all my men are in disspare. How does a hero keep morale up when his own is just as low? I do not know, I only hope that my cousin is faring better then me."-Gredek
