Raoul is the eldest son of Charles and Louise.He is a brave and honourable warrior who is very loyal to his birthrealm Minas Ithil and his birth home in Dunstoke(Atamara).He wass the lord of Cantervern, High Marshal of Minas Ithil, he founded the glorious army EF, He was the King of Minas Ithil, He is the Duke of Leohampton, He combined The Leohampton Legion and EF into The Legion of Minas Ithil.

He gave an oath to never leave his realm and family.He is serving in Minas Ithil to who He shall be loyal till death, even when in different realm.The same is in everything with Raoul.If he swears fealty to something or somebody then he is totally loyal to it.
He is the brother who holds his fathers sword named “Sang Raal” the sword is in the hands of most honourable son of Charles.
