The Sun was rising soon, the purple and orange hues of the sky warned of the coming light. It was cold up in the mountains, the rocky ground was covered with powdered snow. Crimson eyes scanned the valley that laid before them, eyes burning with such an intense hatred that it felt as if his hateful gaze could melt the snow upon the mountaintops. He could see them running around down there, blue-skin savages. A brutal but useful tool for his conquest, all he had to do was slaughter the creatures once the war was won and then not only would he hold the valley but the the entirety of the Isle.

He felt a grim satisfaction in this fact, the Dawn Guard were all but spent and the others have all either fallen or deserted to side with their rightful ruler. The Daubeny Throne had been empty for so many years now, sitting there waiting. Just for him.

He heard the crunching of snow as something approached him, from the shadow that was cast across the snow he knew there was two. One began to speak "My Ki-ahgk", he spun around and with a flick of his wrist cut the throat of the soldier that dared to speak out of turn. The Blackstone soldier reached to his throat and the Blackstone King grabbed him and threw him over the edge of the mountain sending him tumbling to his death below.

He growled enraged "Never presume to speak out of turn you whelps, now. What. Is . IT!" The other soldier seemed nervous and snapped into a salute as he relayed his information. "My King, the Horde reports victory at Stone Pass, only the Capital and Enarion stand against your rule." The King snarled and slashed his sword at the wind as if he could cut the very air around him. "Traitors, the House of Sun has abandoned them and still they resist me, what of White Tower?" The Soldier nodded and reported. "Our forces move to surround the defenders, the Tower will fall within the month and will free up our full strength to commit to the siege of Silver Fountains."

He smiled and let out a manic burst of laughter, he motioned for the soldier to leave him and the man ran rightfully fearing for his life. Crimson eyes, full of malice and madness turned back towards the rising sun and the Silver City, soon. Soon it would all be over.
