the two armies finally met on the battlefield, one defending the biggest fortress known to mankind, its walls measuring hundreds of feet high. The Banners of both sided fluttered in the wind. The attackers were the mighty Army of the Church of Humanity, Thousands of paladins in formation, ready to lay siege to the last stronghold of evil. Their trebuchets stand, tall and magnificent, ready to smash through the walls of the Citadel. A sea of silver and blue was outside the castle, the warriors inside, their armour as dark as their souls.

On the signal of the Paladin Primus hundreds of projectiles flew towards the walls, causing massive damage. what seamed like hours passed of this never-ending assault on the barrier until it finally began to fall. As a hole appeared the defenders poured out and charged at the formations, where a bloody battle ensued. Both armies, 200,000 men strong faught for their beliefs, carving each other up for their gods, to protect their faith from the evil that had tried to destroy it. after many hours the fighting had finally stopped. The Paladins of the Church had been victorious, but not without a huge loss of men. Mountains of bodies lay rotting in the summer sun. Hoisting their flag in the castle, the paladins secured what was left of the building and set up camp. The fighting had been fierce, and none wished to see that kind of slaughter again.
