Chénier Family/Mathias

Mathias was long warned of the dangers of ambition, but was never overly worried about it. He's traveled many lands, seeking the glory he found in his father's tales. He served in Greater Xavax for a while, but felt he needed to travel and discover more. His travels eventually brought him to Caligus, but the realm was not up to his expectations, and expected to find little glory there. When he heard of the formation of Highmarch, he decided to travel there, where he picked up an estate in Scio. Having finally found a place worthy of fighting for, he decided to stay, and later became representative of Scio.

After being elected as Governor of Akesh Temple, Mathias worked on drafting a constitution for his peers.
