History:
The Brilliant Pike is said to have been delivered unto the denizens of Dwilight to fight the menace of Daemon's summoned by the Zuma in a past age. What few records exist from that time detailing it simply outlined it as a weapon of heavenly light, and none of it's historic wielders were ever recorded. The first modern recollection of the Brilliant Pike comes from it's discovery in Qubel by the adventurer Cedreic. He took it from the possession of an undead champion, and upon bringing the glowing item to a D'Haran sage he attributed it directly to the glowing heavenly weapon of old legend. The current theory is that the pike was lost long ago in battle to a Zuma Undead Champion, and that over the ages that undead champion eventually managed to break free of it's masters necromantic powers and traveled to D'Hara.
