Andurus
Andurus is a small, but proud, heavily forested region bordering upon the northern reaches of the city of Foda. A common stop on the trail from the southeast of Atamara up to Tarasac and the central mountains, the people of Andurus (known as Anduris) get their fair share of visitors and have learned to welcome strangers as friends.
With their principle export being timber, the stereotypical Anduri is a gruff lumberjack who is always looking for a good time, and more importantly, a good drink. Statistically however, under half of the population are actually involved in the lumber trade with the majority preferring to fall back upon their hunting and trapping roots. The woodsman of Andurus, though generally trusting, are quite territorially and will quickly band together if anyone enters their forest with the intent to cause trouble. As "The Anduris' Hymn" goes...
