Conspirators and Infiltrators

An Abington noble, Doc's Biatch, was found guilty of conspiracy to commit treason several days ago. The evidence presented included her own words, in which she advocated the elimination by infiltrator of the entire Abington High Council. Doc's Biatch does, of course, happen to be the mother of ASI's ruler, but her family connection does not mitigate the severity of her crime nor the lawfulness of it's punishment. She is currently captured and in Riverholm Dungeon, where she awaits the sentence of death by hanging.

Yet more infiltrators have been plying their trade against Abington; one Dawn of Darka was recently banished and Viego and Roger, from Tara and Cagilan Empire respectively, rot in prison.

The flood of infiltrators, according to the Arch Priest, has been pretty much nonstop ever since the war with ASI. "...our enemies are cowards indeed, to continue to send floods of infiltrators in the hopes of stealing some of our gold, or starving some of our peasants, or murdering young militiamen in the night, or attempted assassination of our King..." he said.

Death of Drago

Drago Dragonheart, former loved King of Abington, was killed today in a duel with Lady Doc's Biatch. LDB, after being found guilty of treason, escaped prison, ostensibly to meet Drago at Stargard to resolve any conflicts. What had first been informed as a way for LDB to die honorably, went horribly wrong as for some unknown reason Drago's sword betrayed him. The entire Kingdom is in mourning, all flags are at half staff, and a moment of silence observed. Let us all remember him, Drago Dragonheart, King of Abington.
