How to execute a two-turn move.
Formula...
(current time pool) - (number of hours needed to travel to destination) + 4 = "burn" this many hours from your time pool
<math>(current time pool) - (the value you get from above) = leave this many hours in available/unused in your time pool</math>
Example...
(current time pool) - (number of hours needed to travel to destination) + 4 = "burn" this many hours from your time pool
8 hours - 10 hours + 4 = 2 hours
(current time pool) - (the value you get from above) = leave this many hours in available/unused in your time pool
8 hours - 2 hours = 6 hours
