Indeed, what that is trying to say is to act nicely as a player, it should in no way limit the evil-ness of your character, which is completely seperate. By all means roleplay a bitterly twisted vengeful ruler who is hell-bent on a quest for world-domination, it could bring some more excitement to the island. Just as long as you keep it in-character :)

I have a questing here, is it allowed in FEI to RP a "evil" ruler, who is not so frendly IC?
