Pact of Partora

Treaty Text Perleone, Perdan, and Vix Tiramora (known as signatories henceforth) will sign the Imperial Charter (a separate treaty). On behalf of the signatories, Perleone will make an offer of White Peace to the Northern Block, in it's capacity as Head of the Empire. As part of this offer Peace, the following terms will be given as non-negotiable; A universal peace between all parties to end the Bescanon-Eldoret Continental War. Brive, Bescanon, Nascot, Mulhouse and Meuse shall return to Imperial Rule. On the condition that clause 2) is refused, the signatories shall declare war on the parties refusing the peace.
