MI July 08 Treaty

The treaty was published by the York Journal. It has not been confirmed by Eston rulers for accuracy (though none objected to this text when it was posted to the realm). Since this was posted on July 21, many of these provision are assumed to end on October 21.

1. Relations between Minas Ithil and members of the Northern Federation will be raised to neutral immediately, and to peace within 3 days. Relations should not be dropped under this level for 3 months.

2. Barad Riel and Amriel are to be returned by Eston to Norland over the next 30 days. All other borders remain the same.

3. Soldiers of the Northern Federation should not enter the lands of Minas Ithil as long as relations are peaceful (at "peace"), but at least for 3 months. An exception to this may be made if the ruler of Minas Ithil gives permission to any of the realms to enter his lands.

4. Soldiers of Minas Ithil should not enter the lands of Eston, Barony of Makar or Norland as long as relations are peaceful (at "peace"), but at least for 3 months. An exception to this may be made if the ruler of Eston, Barony of Makar or Norland gives permission to Minas Ithil to enter his lands.

5. King Peny of Norland formally apologizes for the aggression against Minas Ithil, and notes that the attack was not directed at the realm or her nobles, but at the previous king of Minas Ithil.
