Council

A realm's Council consists of the four members of Government: Ruler, General, Banker and Judge. These four work together to ensure the smooth-running of the realm, with each Council member being responsible for his own particular remit. Troops leaders can either be elected or appointed to the Council, based upon what Government system the realm uses.
