Oligarch (Region)

Oligarch is a city located in the central region of the East Island. It is the capital of Oligarch. The city's food and resources supplies are provided by nearby rural regions. Recently the city has been cut off by joint forces of Sirion, Fontan and Old Rancagua and is expriencing starvation.
