You can use the religion map generator to create a map for AT or BT, actually. You can download a religion report, then manually edit the report to show anything you want. That's how I did the Kingdom of Alluran mini-map. You can even use the percentages to shade the regions different colors. (I made out capital city a darker color than the other regions.)
