The nobles, knights, warriors, and laymen of House Vulparan claim their beginnings with the low-born Daario the Wise. From the two sons of Daario the Wise, House Vulparan splits in geography, personality, and renown into three lines:
- Daario the Wise's heir Felix's eldest son, the renowned politicker Brenneforth whom inherited the vast majority of his father's lands;
- Felix's younger son, Darius, to whom his father bequeathed the smallest of holdings in the City of Perdan on the foreign East Continent;
- Daario's youngest son, Artwyn, and his bountiful descendants who, through lack of familial funds stemming from Artwyn's meagre inheritance, have turned to all corners of the oceans seeking glory, wealth, and stability.
Notable traits of the members of House Vulparan include a good training and grounding in military affairs, classical theories of such military strategy, and a general family-wide love of socialising. Nevertheless, as with every family, each member is different in their desires and beliefs but all commit to upholding the family name.
