Eadwulf

Dwilight

Born to the wing of House Osha remaining in the Colonies, Eadwulf chose the young continent of Dwilight in which to make his name. He first arrived in Aquilegia just days after a bloody rebellion, forcing Eadwulf and his companion, Osric, to disembark further up the coast, far from the smouldering and lawless capital of Flowrestown. It would prove to be an omen that hung over Eadwulf throughout his time in Aquilegia, where rebellions regularly haunted the realm even as it struggled to survive.

Eventually, Eadwulf became Marquess of Flow and Holy Marshal of Aquilegia but struggling with disillusion against the internecine rivalries, Eadwulf cut his ties with the realm and declared his intent to return to his homeland.

Colonies

Upon returning to the Colonies, Eadwulf took up the sword in Oritolon where he enjoyed a relatively quiet career. He was best known for his brusque manner, though being cousin to Oritolon Royalty helped ensure Eadwulf gained the occasional lordship in spite of himself. Eventually, Eadwulf wound up as a lord in service of his cousin, Malice the Younger, and would follow him when Alowca seceded to form Aren.

Osric (NPC)

Although once a long serving commander of the Osha House Guard in the Colonies, Eadwulf was re-assigned to protect Eadwulf during his travels in Dwilight. At the side of Eadwulf from the moment he left the Colonies, Osric served as a trusted and faithful protector to Eadwulf throughout his trials. Often when it came to matters of swordsmanship and battle, Eadwulf would seek the advice of his middle aged and well travelled House Guard. Eadwulf was much more potent with the experienced advisor at his side than without.
