Sea Routes

I could use some help, like the Dwilight community project, but on a much smaller scale.

If anyone could collect all the routes on the worlds that are sea routes, I could finally begin to make a difference between sea and land routes.

What I need is a list that goes:

From_Region_ID, To_Region_ID

sorted so that the smaller number is always the first one (all routes go in both direction, I only need one).

Anyone want to take it, open a wiki page, etc?
