Kazan is a province on the north end of the East Island, at the tip of the Kazakh Peninsula. Ferries run from here to Juazerio and Stora.
In early January of 2007, Lord Bladesinger of Avamar Selective was informed of his claim to the region and was quickly inducted as Kazan's new lord.
History
