Patriarch of the Family
Tall and comely, Aerywyn holds himself with easy grace and relaxed nobility, his cerulean blue eyes reflecting the beauty of the sea underneath the long, dark brown waves of hair. A bit on the skinny side when considering most warriors, Aerywyn's lithe and athletic physique belies the wiry, almost animalistic strength in his body.
The eldest brother of Aeriel and the deceased Tirilyn, Aerywyn is the dreamer of the Haerthorne family. A poet, a gentleman and a scholar, yet he takes pride in his skills as a noble warrior. Often impulsive, and a bit of a romantic, he is one of springs melancholy children. Also, to his annoyance, he has often been mistaken for a woman ((OOC: this actually happens a fair bit in game)).
When he was a youth, barely of age, Aerywyn was graced to have fought in the largest battle in the history of the Far East, participating in the long and bloody siege of Anacan by the Northern Federation. Since then, he has been heavily involved in the wars of the North and the survival of Arcaea to date. For a brief spell he was exiled by the Judge Keffer to the frozen lands of northern Beluaterra, where he quickly became lord of Oepiud, before passing the title to the Lady Guenwhyvar and set ship for his homeland. Upon returning, he soon rose quickly in the realm and became the Imperial Chancellor after Sir Faulcon de Lacey stepped down, stabilising the realms food issues and became a by-word for competant administration.
He is a close friend of the king, and over time his fate has been tied to that of the Rosinni family... one he loves dearly, and two he would protect with his life, until his dying breath.... some vile whisperers believe however that he loves one more than the other.
