Zhongyuan
The Plains of Zhongyuan, are swaths of tall Plains Grass. Vast expanses of tall grasses in some places the grass grows 7 feet high. These sea's of rippling grass are punctuated with small towns and hamlets. Little farms dotting the rolling landscape. Cut and crossed by roads and little paths. There are not many trees, but there are tree's.
When the winds blow across Zhongyuan the locals say you can hear voices in the whisper of the grasses. I have experienced the phenomena myself. It is eerie, but I am not convinced it's super natural.
In the spring with the rains the land is plagued by mud. But the rains cause the grasses to sprout. The wild herd beasts return. The grasses grow fast and tall. Secluding previously obvious villages and farm villa's. Like little pools and tracks of land in a sea of grasses. In the winter when the snows come, there are winters with snows several feet deep. What a different sort of ocean snow is. Dead and cold. Silent. Grass is alive and noisy. In some ways even more dangerous then snow.
Zhongyuan is a raw land of extremes. But it is beautiful in it's power.

Being as fat as a Farmer in Zhongyuan means you own a lot of land, gold, etc.
Try to find a skinny trader, means you try to achieve the impossible.
The early pilgrim hears the prophet, well stand up early, while we have the opposite as well, with ... You need the night to see the stars.
Currently have one guild house of the Blue Starylla at the outer Yuan.
History
Fall of 14YD - Upon Countess of Zhongyuan, Lady Alejandra Sevilla's, recent disappearance, Lady Taeyeon Hwang was appointed as Countess of Zhongyuan. After her the lands and title passed to Cylinessa Dragonfyre. Who currently rules as Countess.
