The White City Herald was founded by Abraxas Arrakis in September of 2011 as the newspaper of theocracy of Ibladesh. The main motives behind foundation of the Herald is to enrich the ancient culture of Ibladesh, and to give the world a glance of happenings from the glorious South. Printed in the White City and sold throughout the provinces of the South.
