Volcanic Hot Newsletter/March '07 issue/4 No Peace In Sight
The following were letters received from Kostaja Kosunen Cosula and Tony Malone on the 4th of March.
I haven't talked with Tony at all after ceasefire was signed. But I have offered a similar agreement to the Abingtonians. However Queen Armitage III denied and asked, "what will you offer to Abington?" Whereby I replied, "Merely a ceasefire." After that, there were no talks with Abington either. Time will show if we are ever able to build decent relations with these southern madcaps.
At the moment we haven't had peace talks, those will come further down the line when the cease-fire is due to expire. I would like to see peace in the future between RedSpan and Darka.
Is RedSpan aware that their close ally, Abington has commenced infiltration attacks in Darka?
Although we are federation partners we don't have to tell each other what we are doing all the time. I had no idea of any infiltration actions in your lands. My eyes have been diverted towards other directions.
If so, what is RedSpan's response to the recent captured Abingtonian infiltrators in Darkan lands?
It is regretable, but infiltrators are a slippery bunch. We may not condone the actions of the infiltrator, but as always we will stand by Abington in any event.
