Vix Tiramora/Lord Vixir's Jurisdiction

2. Lord Vixir's Jurisdiction:

i. LV can lift bans on any banned nobles.
ii. LV can change relations from neutral to peace or peace to neutral.
iii. LV can change election laws - monthly or quarterly only however.
iv. Lv can change the crown tax during war times beyond 30% (current tax rate) to fund war efforts.
v. LV can re-appoint government members/HHs/Representatives who have lost their positions due to capture.
vi. LV can veto any law passed or changed by the three houses as well.

This law was ratified on ~1th of December 1015, after a referendum using the voting system of Three Houses.
