Vix Tiramora/Emergency War Powers Act

Proposed by Master Steward Octavian Schwarzherzig to combat Highmarchian exploitation of Vix Tiramora's democratic process, the Emergency War Powers Act was proposed, and passed, with 8 votes in favor, 4 opposed, and 1 abstention. Ratified by the Lord Vixir, the following is now law:

Emergency War Powers Act

I. Heads of Household may appoint Representatives and Governors to recently captured regions to secure them against corruption.

II. The Master Steward will be permitted in cases he sees fit to administer creative book keeping solutions to redirect tax gold from captured and or endangered regions, to ensure it does not fall into enemy hands.

III. All granaries in every region will be opened to the Master Steward to allow the strategic movement of food, which shall not be infringed upon.
