Vix Tiramora/Affirmation of Allegiance Act

Proposed by Executor, Master Steward Octavian, Ambassador of Vix Tiramora and Governor of Xavax, the Affirmation of Allegiance Act was a two part legislation, repealing the previous Role of Houses Act, and instead changing it to make it illegal for Representatives and Governors to change allegiance outside of Vix Tiramora. The vote passed on 9-24-1018, with 7 voting in favor, 1 against, and 2 votes not cast. The Act states:

1. All Representatives and Governors are allowed to change their allegiances freely within Vix Tiramora.

2. All Representatives and Governors are allowed to set up their own Houses. But until the House they created becomes a Great House, they must remain a member of a Great House.
