The War with the Xavaxan Empire continued, and after being besieged by all Northern powers for two months, Oligarch City finally fell to the Elves. Prime Minister Garas and other Oligarchans fled to Perdan.

The waves of Oligarchan immigration caused Perdan to becomes unsettled and a dispute between different factions led the Duchy of Perdan to defect to Vix. Vix duly held a Referendum and it was almost unanimously decided that the Duchy of Perdan should return to Perdan. LV Eros was entrusted with appointing a Perdanese Lord but instead appointed himself and stole the Duchy. The Citizenry were outraged and LV Eros stepped down as Lord Vixir before the nobles of Vix Tiramora were able to initiate a rebellion. He was issued an ultimatum to hand back to duchy and city to a Perdanese noble or face expulsion from Vix. (banned)

Instead, Eros Harte changed allegiance to Highmarch and dodged the ban intended to remove him from power.
