Virovene/Council

The Council of Kaiser consists of 5 people first elected by people. And few chosen by the Kaiser himself.

Only opportunity to raise up to the rank of Councillor is to gain 5 supporters who give their word that you are worthy, 2 of them have to be from the Council.

Being a Councillor is not something to take lightly, Councillors have to be the top level of the nobility. They must be an example to everybody else. Also they are only people who can propose people to the positions.
