Justicar's Motto: The welfare of the people is the Supreme Law

In the realm of Virovene, it is our belief that no man, be he commoner, noble born, or even the Kaiser himself is above the law. As such, you must read all government bulletins thoroughly so you may familiarize yourself with these rules.

Ignorance of the Law is no excuse

Current Codes

• Nobles should address one another properly, we are not commoners, so we shall not act like them. Any breaches should be reported to me
• Anyone caught spying will be severely punished, by a term in prison and even a realm ban.
• Heresy is a capital crime, The Bloodstars are our way, respect them in all things. Any attempts to found a new religion will be punished severely
• Any priests found in our realm not preaching the word of Sanguis Astroism shall be arrested by any Knight or above of our realm unless the priest is given express permission to do so by The Justicar or The Kaiser.
• Obey orders from your superiors unless you reason for disobedience is great.
• Any disputes between nobles should be brought to the Justiciar, who will, As mediator, always be impartial in every dispute. Any suspected bias should be brought to the Kaiser.
• If a dispute cannot be solved by words then a duel can be arranged. Duels to the death are banned, but to first blood are acceptable. The duel must be announced to the realm, and the decision of the duel is final.
• Any questions of the law should be brought to the Justiciar's attention.

Possible Remedies to Disputes

• A public apology
• Gold paid to the winning party
• A loss of title, if the offense is grievous crime.
• A Noble being banned from our realm

None of these decisions will be reached lightly in order to reduce the likelihood of miscarriages of justice.

Foreign Agreements

• Kalmar-Everland Prisoner Exchange Code - An agreement between Justiciar Kole Jalmar and Inquisitor Amalie Everland(Summerdale).
• Codes of War for Independence - A defunct agreement(between Virovene, Springdale and Morek) after the destruction of Springdale on February 11, 2009.

Noble Blacklist

Nobles that have committed a grevious crime in thir old realm and will not be welcome in Virovene.

• Sir Kurzan - To be arrested and banned.
• Dame Charlotte Grancourt - Usage of extreme force is authorised against this villain.
• Yefflen Malova - Arrested and banned, to be executed on next arrest.
• Neel Arya - Arrested and banned, to be executed on next arrest.
• Lucius Curs - Arrested and banned, to be executed on next arrest.
