At first there was darkness, then came light. With the light came the Elder beings. They created our world and gave us life from their own bodies. Once their task was accomplished they died, and their bodies became the land we tread on today.

Other beings and forces slowly came into existence, the Blood Stars, the elements and many more. They tried to reach the people of our earth, but we were too closed minded to listen.

Aeons passed and slowly the souls of the elder beings began to form a new creature, a living one. It grew resentful of mankind. It saw how we squandered our gifts and lives, and so it sank Dwilight and sent it below the waves.

But mankind did not learn, we created gods and religions that did not exist. We lived in excess and squalor and forced our ways upon others. The being, the living embodiment of chaos, chose to punish us again. It created the demons, the monsters and the undead. All these creatures were meant to kill us, but we persevered. Fighting against these creatures did not kill us as it hoped, but rather united us against their waves. One of the Elder beings did not become the embodiment of chaos, but rather remained where it lay. This being was Dwilight. It rose again from the depths, and more people came.

It introduced them to the Elements, to the Stars and the other gods. It knew that they were a force for good, and that mankind could thrive in their presence. Having done so, it returned to its sleep and left mankind alone. The Chaos, having seen what the being did, tried once more. It saw how much hope and faith the gods gave to us, and so it tried to destroy those churches. It sent agents of destruction into them, but man did not falter.

And so, with its last plan having been thwarted, the Chaos tried once more. It began to corrupt the gods themselves, and it succeeded. It began to turn the worshippers and leaders of those faiths against one another, and against the gods themselves. This time, the Chaos began to win.

That is why the Avatar is here. The gods have been corrupted, changed. It has come to save us, and to save them. That is what Ut Trutina is, that is what we believe. We are the salvation of this world, and we will save the gods and all people on this earth.
