A little advise on banners
I really like your banners but to integrate them into BM you need the following requirements:
Icon:
- 24x24 pixels
- 8bit indexed .png with alpha channel
Banner:
- Any size, within reason. Not too small, not too large.
- .jpg or (only if jpg looks horrible) .png
- black background

Heylo! I was wondering if I could get you to make a banner for the Poryatown Press. It's a guild so it'll only be used on the wiki. I'm not asking for anything particularly fancy, just something suitable for a publishing guild. --Kag 08:10, 17 April 2008 (CEST)
- I'm not entirely sure. I was thinking instead of the usual realm-ish banners, that it'd have crossed quills over a shield with a single vertical sword behind that (yes, there is meaning behind this). It's only going to be used at the top of the wiki page for it, so maybe two of those on each side with "Poryatown Press" in between and "Publishing Guild of Dwilight" in small italics below that. - That's pretty good actually. Is there anyway to remove the border though? And could it be just a bit wider and have the words on just two lines? I'd like to use it to replace both the current image and words, and just have it instead. Thanks a lot for doing this though! Banner
I really like the banners you've made. If it isn't too much trouble, I'd love for you to make a banner a banner for my family. I'd be happy to work something out with you in game, on Dwilight, though geographical distance could be a problem. If you're interested, I'm looking for a red banner, with a golden V in the center, and with a single headed eagle in the middle of the V. Bannar
Could you do a banner for my family which will be joining the game soon. They are an eastion family so it would need to be japan-like. Simple thought. And it needs to be yellow and black. Please help me. I just cant draw! -Tim4106

Uh... banner or symbol... would it be too much to ask for both? : D For the banner, make it half red, half purple with the Kargnchha symbol in the middle in yellow. Embellish it a little I guess. And I'll trust you to come up with a swanky symbol.
The Kargnchha symbol is on the current flag (in yellow) and at the bottom of The Word page, it's the character in a line by itself.

How do you do it mate?
Hi, I'm basically "the other" guy in BM who makes banners for people but I specialize in rendering and matierals. I have no idea how you make such wonderful and intricate shapes. Would it be too intrusive to ask what tools you use to make banners? -- ShaneO 15:01, 14 October 2010 (CEST) no
no prob mate, i'm no longer soo much active! it depends... i use illustrator, and the wacom cintiq 21x, plus a big big libraryof shape and araldry found all around the internet so i basically mixup a dn modify a little... easy and fast for good result! --Vecchioratto 10:39, 8 December 2010 (CET)

Hi unfortunately I can't help very much unless by giving you some material on which you can work, cause I think it's a very good idea. Merging my family banner with Morek I did this (http://wiki.battlemaster.org/wiki/File:Busto.png), but it's not very good. Since now busto is the duke of Muspelheim if you have any good idea on how to merge Morek's banner, my family crest and something else that fits together I would gladly put that as the flag of Muspelheim. Era solo per non tagliar fuori gli altri dalla conversazione :) Non ho particolari preferenze diciamo che finche' riesci a unire l'aquila a due teste con le 3 bloodstars magari evidenziando di piu' la maddening star (quella rossa nella mia img) e i colori nero/bianco della famiglia con il verde/rosso di Morek penso vada bene. Non sono sicuro ci sia un'immagine ben definita e di dimensioni decenti delle bloodstars ma non e' impossibile rifarle. Dunque la città è stata prima controllata da Springdale e poi è stata capitale di Virovene. Diciamo che il ducato non è particolarmente legato a nessuno di questi due reami, ma un po' di influenza del secondo può essere rimasta. Non ci sono molti banner di Virovene credo ma il loro colore era blu/rosso sempre sul tema delle tre bloodstars che puoi trovare qua Sanguis Astroism. Diciamo che IC il ducato dovrebbe essere ispirato alla città: tutti quei territori sono stati rogue per un bel po' e poi presi da Morek quindi c'è un po' una rottura col passato che mi pare carino si rifletta nell'araldica. Spero ti bastino queste info. Per quanto riguarda aiutarti faccio volentieri un po' di grammar check o wiki editing anche se non ho troppissimo tempo. Dimmi bene quali pagine controllare. Grazie! Mi piace molto ma che ne dici di aggiungere qualcosa negli angoli in alto sullo stile dei ducati di Caerwyn? Per ispirarti (non sono mai stato in grado di farlo) puoi magari guardare qua click che e' da dove Morek ha un po' preso spunto per nomi etc. Scusami se non mi sono ancora messo a lavorare sulla wiki faro' al piu' presto.
