It does me as well. I fear for both humanity and elves alike, with what I saw. My assassin, Ares Flame of Perdan, who nearly killed me five days ago in a cowardly, dishonourable attack, had red eyes. The room was filled with smoke and I felt the heat roll off his body as he lunged his arm towards me. As I lay wounded, I swear I saw a tail swishing behind him! My healers informed me that the poisoned dagger was made from materials unknown to humanity. I fear that Perdan may be a darker realm than we had previously thought. Would it not make sense that daimon-possessed Perdanites have been attempting to secretly rally humanity against the elves all these long years? Something must be done about the inhuman Perdanites. I feel very sad to know about such evil actions against you and humanity itself, still everyone from Shadowdale has agreed to abandon their elven lineage when the realm was formed. We are like the outcast elven families of Sirion that submited themselves to the Tyranny of Garas, Garas forced Sirion to split so peace could be achieved. Many in Sirion call me weak for me decision but I have saved Karbala didn't I? I can not call myself elf anymore but at least I did not massacred my people for a name. Many in Sirion still oppose Shadowdale for its secession that is why an alliance was not set up and it is most likely that Shadowdale is is on its own, so we had to become a peaceful realm of priests to ensure our existance without an army. Such self-sacrifice demonstrates a noble spirit in my eyes. Let us work together for humanity and elf, whatever our own lineages, they must stand united against the inhuman threat. As to Sirion, they are also discussing peace with Oligarch and I don't know why they wouldn't ally with you. In both matters, I think the issue is of constant delays in communication within Sirion more than anything else. Reminder to assert your alliance and bring peace so that we can march against the inhumans will be of import. Let us finish what we started many years ago. When I was attacked by a Perdanite Assassin, Ares Flame, who has now claimed the Eponlli region of Nascot, I saw him glowing with red eyes. I'm being forced by my allies to join the fight against First Oligarch, as I have stated to Garas Shadowdale offered support against Perdan and Vix but Shadowdalian forces would not clash against Sirion nor Caligus and only in the case if Oligarch city was attacked, not to attack but to defend since Shadowdale is a realm that has peace at its first principle. Personally I think you have two options, well not very true but that will depend on yourself. The first option would be to make a realm of your own with your lands or join Sirion or Caligus. The second option would be to remove Garas as ruler from First Oligarch and make apologies and help Perdan and Vix to end the rest of Epponllyn now that the hate thing is going on. The daimonic possesions will have to wait until a noble burst out into a daimon, otherwise the other rulers are not looking very concerned to this I'm afraid. It will be at one side: Perdan, Vix, Caligus and Fallangard. At the other side we can expect: First Oligarch and Nivemus. About Sirion: -> If Sophia gets elected new ruler of Sirion then it is like random, dont have the slighest clue about what she will do. -> If Elric is elected then Sirion might accept peace and even join First Oligarch against Perdan. -> If Thomas is elected then Sirion will strike First Oligarch for sure, Old Fontanese, Westmoorian there.

| I think you're confused. Fallangard is a friend of Eponllyn and is not pleased with how Vix has gotten involved in this war. King Edvard and I have a very long relationship since I was a young noble starting on my career and he has just reasserted Fallangard's independence. Fallangard is in my heart. Nor are Caligus and Fallangard on fond terms, so I doubt they would fight a war together against Eponllyn.
I haven't said anything to anyone yet as to our letters, but if those are the terms of our discussion, then I need you to put a strong effort into uniting the north with us. It will be Nivemus, Sirion, Shadowvale, Oligarch, Eponllyn, Fallangard (only if Caligus gets involved first probably), (maybe Xavax later) against Perdan, Vix, (maybe Caligus). Garas will not give up rulership and I do not have the arrogance to demand it. It's simple. If Sirion decides to war Oligarch/Eponllyn with Perdan/Vix, they are effectively committing suicide of themselves. Vix/Perdan would only be allies of convenience warring against Sirion's truer friends. And once Sirion's truer friends are destroyed or weakened, Perdan/Vix will turn on Sirion, with no one to stand beside her. They are pitting us against one another to weaken us and dominate us as they did in years past. They have broken their word. And Sirion knows full well not only this time, but a long history beyond my own short life. They have not and will not change. Sirion's disputes are as those between family. For her alone to decide. Without foreign intervention. Forming a coalition with Vix/Perdan will be a short-term gain for a long-term loss. Unite to throw out the oathbreaking meddlers and Sirion will find itself more able to resolve its internal issues than it would otherwise. Somewhere a bad rumour got started that Garas wanted to put Eponllyn in Nivemus. That is not true. Perdan wanted to do that. Eponllyn is against that, which is why I moved to Oligarch to protect Perdan from being forced to submit to Perdan/Vix and Eponllyn moved into Nivemus. We do not want that. | You will not incite me to such dishonourable rebellion. Oligarch will not fall even if the continent marches against it. The gold is deep and the peasants numerous. You are right that the only true solution for Sirion will come from within Oligarch, not without. But I am no traitor. The only thing an alliance between Sirion and Perdan will do is destroy Eponllyn, put Perdan City in Perdan's illegitimate control, and bring Sirion dishonour for not upholding the Treaty it signed and breaking bread with oathbreakers. In my position, what would you have done to preserve honour against the rising Perdanite Empire and their Vixen Puppets? Would you have preferred I swear allegiance to Nivemus or Sirion? While that is a nice sentiment, you surely realize the distance and size of their realms would have made the whole arrangement quite impractical. Join Fallangard? They would stand by and say it was too dangerous to march with Caligus next door. Caligus? Banish me and hand the regions back over. Obsidian Islands?
