Hikari Uchiha
Hikari Uchiha, the first son of Uchiha Family in Atamara, was send to serve the realm of Tara. He began his career as a soldier on 04-10-2005. His unit of infantry was named Uchiha's Shinobi. His name meaning is light. His family hope Hikari will light up the world someday.
Hikari was a very dedicated troop leader of Tara. He decided to changed his class to mentor to help new troop leader of Tara.

The Location of Foda
Hikari was a Knight of Foda, under his liege, Duke Solton.
Hikari was elected as ruler, the Dictator of Tara on 12-03-2006. But, 5 days later, he was stepped down from rulership to give the people of Tara an open and better election.
On 02-05-2006, Hikari was appointed as the Count of Atblane, but a few days letter Atblane was falls to Red Span.
Hikari was also a member of Militarius Consilium, the council of Tara.
After 297days serving the great realm of Tara, Hikari was emigrate to Beluaterra. He joined the realm of Vice. He was elected as the Paladin Primus of Vice in his first election in Vice on 1-08-2006. On 5-08-2006, hikari was elected as the Pontifex, Paladin Primus and Fiduciary of Vice. On 22-08-2006 hikari was stepped down from Fiduciary position to concentrate on Pontifex position. Then, on 07-09-2006, hikari stepped down from Paladin primus position.
