Silence hung in the air, heavy and thick. Jobe pushed his way through the stagnant marsh knowing that to pause for even a brief rest could mean the very end. He continued, grim determination etched across his worried face. For this was what men were made of - this was what Jobe was made of. |

Jobe (younger brother of Evangeline and Danzi) grew up surrounded by strong women. In attempt to get away from their ever present "guidance" he left to the large island of Atamara, hoping to make a name for himself. He joined the Cagilan Empire at age 17, and although the Empire was mighty, he was unfortunate to find himself under the strict and commanding presence of General Morrigan. Another forceful Lady (this one bearing a whip) has left Jobe with a somewhat nervous behaviour around women.
Jobe began studying the art of the shadows, but was restless and impatient in his learning. He reached a moderate skill level, and reckless behaviour led to him spending short stints in several realms before he decided to end the lonliness. He went to the SWI in search of a noble war to fight, but found himself not fitting in with the constant bickering (and the condemnation he faced for using the word 'crap').
So he moved to the peacefulness of the East Continent, home to his family. Here he begun his meditations and tutelage with the Church of Humanity.
