After a long period of war between Tara and its allies against Ash Sea Island and its allies due to the issues related to the possession of Barlune and a broken agreement

After peace was achieved between the conflicting realms with the handover of Aja

After negotiations that envisioned the preservation of Tara as another actor of Atamara politics,

The realms of Abington, Redspan and Tara (parties involved) agreed in the following terms:

Art 1 - Annulation of the previous "Prisoner Treatment" agreement signed in the times of war to be substituted by the present treaty

Art 2 - For 10 weeks, counting from the ratification of this treaty, Tara agrees in not allowing any hostile force targeting Redspan or Abington travel through it's soil, as well as Redspan and Abington agree in not allowing any hostile force targeting Tara travel through their land

Art 3 - For 10 weeks, there will be no military actions by Tara against Redspan or Abington, in their soil, under any circunstance as well as no military action will be enforced by Abington and Redspan against Tara in their soil.

Art 4 - Nothing in this treaty harms the right of the parties involved to assist their allies if needed be, being respected the terms exposed here.

Art 5 - Any change on the terms will need the signature of all parties involved, being enforced after 5 days of the last signature.

Art 6 - Any citizen, from the parties involved, emprisioned in battle or by any other way, that goes to the prision of the parties involved, cannot stay longer then 2 days in prision. They will not be subjected to torture or execution

Art 7 - Tara agrees in not handling away the region of Tandsu, by any peaceful means, to any realm as long as this treaty is valid

Art 8 - This treaty is valid for 10 weeks, counting from the ratification day
