| "Dawn of a New Newspaper"
Ladies and Gentlemen of the Dwilight University, and more particularly High Toprak, Central Toprak, Toprak Minor, and the Tomb Islands, I am proud to introduce you to our newest continental newspaper, the Toprak Times! This will be a very different enterprise compared to my earlier Ashrak Imperialist, which, as you may know, was a polemic (meaning it was designed to argue specific political views). The Toprak Times will be a general unbiased chronicling and exposition of all things Toprak, Tomb Islands, and ultimately Dwilight! The Toprak Times will update once a season and collect all of the interesting happenings of the season prior. It is seasonal so that it can carefully observe and gather all of the facts and details necessary to give you the fullest report possible. If you are a person of interest or are someone who desires to contribute to the Toprak Times, feel free to contact me or someone on the staff for further details. If you wish to be a source for our articles, please do the same. There are four categories to which this newspaper will focus on. They are: War News, Diplomacy, Arts & Culture and Aristocracy. Considering that this newspaper is founded right at the launch of a great war, the category of War News should be what offers the most interesting and fresh news about Toprak. Visit it seasonally to see what's happened. Diplomacy collects all news on the alliances, federations, political schemes, debates, personalities and proceedings. It will not offer battle reports (that's war news), but might feature relevant interviews! Arts & Culture will remark on anything interesting that occurs during the course of a given season, be it tournaments, duels, drinking contests, marriages, deaths, and more. It will also focus on aspects of each realm in more detail to present a full and rich character of all the realms inhabiting Toprak and the Tomb Islands. Aristocracy is a special category that will chronicle any news on the goings on of our favourite Aristocrats! Dwilight knows to expect magnanimous things from that lot of nobles, and so the Toprak Times seeks to dish on them all it can! I should also add that each season the categories will be updated with new articles while this area will be a general summary of events in that season. The articles written here will then be archived in a different spot for posterity. Best of all, the Toprak Times will present the news of Dwilight alongside an imminent sister newspaper from the Occidens! Rest easy, Dwilighté, we've got you covered.
