Thulsoma/Witenagamot

A political and cultural institution, hand picked and delegated the roles by the rulers of Thulsoma, it encompasses both those of noble blood, and more common blood (Leading to the misconception of "peasant rule" in Thulsoma, though, that is mostly enemy propaganda) but all must be of Saxon blood to gain the rank of Witan. The Witenagamot largely serves as an advisory body, and also a parliamentary institution to ensure that the thoughts and needs of the peasants are also known by the Saxon gentry, to minimise any chance or cause for any unnatural rebellion or discontent of the commonfolc.
