With a name as fancy as this, Mijhail, the adventurer, expects to be able to sell the item for a large amount of gold inside Melhed or any of the neighbouring realms.
A significant improvement
Once, while travelling through the roads of Riombara, Mijhail found a old sage, who looked more a beggar than a wise man, except for his speech and gift with words. So powerful the sage was that he was able not only to repair this magnificent relic but also to add some of his own powers into the item, allowing the bearer of the Coat to have a wittier speech and a sharper tongue.
