UNDER CONSTRUCTION

Below is the most complete copy of the Reminiscence in circulation. As a living work, it is added to as history takes place, and some passages are only maintained by those who have written them, jealously guarding their work until their passing.

Passage 1

Hark, Children of Terra,

To the Wisdom of the Forebears,
  Know what has come before,
Remember it as you strive towards the future.

Passage 3

In the clarity of exile one sees beyond,
The falsehoods of the grave cannot obscure,
The true destiny of the viewer.

Passage 17

Fractures often beget Unity,
Siblings torn apart by hate,
Reunited before treason's gate.

Passage 19

Strength in spirit, skill in arms,
the Blood of the Fallen runs red,
for what lies in the wake of the dead,
but passion, forever blinded.

Passage 22

Illumine the hearts and minds of man,
Burn out the shadows of iniquity,
and bleed from them,
the evil that plagues the heart.

Passage 32

Silver, gleaming. Fidelity, seeming,
A knife in the dark, a wheel creaks,
Orthodoxy and justice was their goal,
To purge corruption and make the land whole,
But through land, and sky, and stone,
Bitter tears would be Hendrick's legacy.

Passage 36

With fang and tooth and claw,
the beasts came for us all,
when from the mists came,
the Red Lady and her stones of eight,
and saved us all from our fate.

Passage 48

Arrogance rises as justice is denied,
the warriors of parchment and quill,
their edicts draw only scorn,
for the Children do not lightly abide,
the self-importance of lesser castes.

Passage 54

This verse has ended,
forced to a once unthinkable fate,
we have found allies in our ancient foe,
and enemies in our siblings,
before us lies a new Eden,
Let the next verse begin.
